Thank you for giving us a chance
to fulfill your watch needs. Please read our policy below regarding
international orders in order to facilitate the processing of your orders.
Shipping
International orders can only be
shipped to the billing address if paying by credit card or the address on file
with PayPal if paying by PayPal. If a different address must be used, we may at
our discretion allow such a modification provided that sufficient verification
can be performed.
Discount Watch Store does not
assess duty on international orders. We do not ship to international PO boxes.

We cannot declare an item as gift. All applicable customs, import
duties and related UPS charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact
your local customs office for details.
Australian customers please note
that there is currently no duty/customs charges on shipments under $1000.
NOTE:
If an order is refused and returned to us, customer is still responsible for the
customs fees and duty taxes because those would have been paid for by the carrier
already. Upon receiving the refused package, a refund will be issued in the
amount order total less the customs fee and duty taxes assessed on the
package and shipping fees paid including return shipping.
Excluded Brands: Please note that we cannot ship Citizen, Seiko, and Pulsar products outside of the US.
Excluded Countries:
For fraud and
customs reasons we do not ship to the following countries: Brazil, Gaza
(Palestine), Greece, Indonesia,
Nigeria, Russia, Singapore, and Thailand.
We also don't
ship to any country that is not serviced by UPS.
Payment
For international orders, we accept Checkout
with Amazon, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover through our online shopping cart.
Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
We also accept bank wire and
Western Union money transfer. If you are using either one of these options,
please email customer service at [email protected] for
instructions.
All payments are in US dollars.
Your bank/credit card company will handle the conversion and they may charge you
a nominal fee for that service.
Note: Due
to the large amount of credit card frauds happening online, for orders over
$300, we can only accept Checkout with Amazon, PayPal, bank wire or Western Union money transfer as a form of
payment. When sending an international wire transfer payment, please make sure
to pay all fees associated with your wire transfer (contact your bank for fee
details).
Credit Card Verification
All orders are verified
individually by our trained verification staff. To expedite this process, please
be available at your phone and/or email so we can contact you. Please include
the phone number to your credit card issuer in the comment area during checkout.
On certain orders, we
may ask for a copy of your credit card (front and back, you can black out the first 12
digits for your protection), an official photo identification, and in some
instances your credit card statement be faxed to us securely at 858-300-5497.
You will need to dial 001 first. When faxing, please note your order number on
your fax.
If you don't have fax access, you
may scan a copy and email them to us at [email protected].
Again, black out the first 12 digits of your credit card number for your
protection and note your order number on your email.
Your order may be delayed or
cancelled if we are unable to verify your information.
