With this new add on, we would not only beat prices that are lower than ours by 4% or $12, whichever is less, but also prices that are equal to ours. The goal is to offer you the absolute best deals possible. So if you are willing to do a little leg work, well, it's more like finger work, then we would guarantee you some additional savings. Lowest Price Guarantee Guidelines:

Since it is practically impossible to visit all of our competitors' websites daily, we have put into place a Lowest Price Guarantee Program. Through this program, you are guaranteed to get the best deal through us on any watch that we sell.

If you find a lower price on an item we sell elsewhere for less, we will beat the final price (ie: price of the watch plus any shipping charges and taxes) for that item by 4% or $12, whichever is less (ex: if we have item A for $102 and competitor has the same item A in the same condition for $100, we would beat it by 4% and offer you item A for $96 or if we have item A for $320 and competitor has it for $310, we would beat it by $12 and offer you item A for $298), when all of the following criteria are met.

What we are matching is not from any auction sites including eBay, Yahoo Auction, etc. Sellers on auction sites are often gray market vendors who cannot disclose their supply sources and have no way of guaranteeing the authenticity of the merchandise. Recourse is very limited and generally only involves leaving a negative feedback if you receive an item that is not as advertised. Many sellers have a very strict return policy and give you very little time to return an item. We offer you 31 day return - as far as we know, this is the longest time offered by any watch dealer on the Internet.
The website we are matching must be a site located within the United States and must be an established site as determine by Discount Watch Store (typically this means the website needs to have at least a working phone number).
The website we are matching must not require a login in order to make a purchase.
We don't match one deal per day sites and/or daily deals on a regular site.
The item that we are price matching must be the same item with no modification of any sort. Different styles in the same series are not considered same models.
The dealer that we are matching the price must have the item in question in stock at the time of purchase.

If any of the above criteria is not met, we reserve that right to refuse price matching.

Exceptions: From time to time, ShopNBC (including its affiliates) may price certain models below dealer costs. When that happens, we apologize that we cannot price match. We will let you know if that is the case and give you our best offer. For Casio, Luminox and Seiko watches, we reserve the right to not match non-authorized dealers.

To have us beat the price on an item, please email us the URL where you found the same item for less. You can just copy and paste the URL from your browser into your email and then send the email to us at [email protected]. Price match requests are generally answered within 24 hours. If you submit your request on a weekend or a holiday, it will be responded to the next business day.

Once we visited the site, if we determine that all the criteria are met, we will beat their prices by 4% or $12, whichever is less. Please note that the best price guarantee voids all offers including any free gifts, coupons and any other promotion offers we may have. It also voids the free sizing service that we offer unless the competitor that we are matching offers that service as well. If you would like to get the free sizing service anyway, then we would just match the price and not beat it.

30 Day Price Protection Guarantee

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you find the same item elsewhere for less and the above criteria are met, we would refund you the difference.
