We use UPS and USPS (for accessories) for our shipments. Most domestic watch orders are shipped via UPS. We may use USPS for some less expensive watches and watch accessories. Shipments going to PO Boxes and APO addresses will also use USPS.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipping within the continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments, please choose UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day or USPS. Ground shipping takes 1 to 7 business days once the package is picked up from our facility. Please note that UPS transit time is calculated in business days excluding holidays. So if a package is shipped out via UPS 2nd Day on Friday, it will reach you on the following Tuesday. Packages shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will reach you on Monday. If you need a package that is shipped out on Friday to be delivered on Saturday, please contact customer service to make arrangements and to get a quote.

Items that are in stock are generally shipped within 24 hours after an order is placed. Items that are not in stock may take an extra 2 to 5 days to ship. During the holiday season, please allow an additional 1 to 2 days for order processing.

Please make sure that you billing address and shipping address matches. If they are different, for fraud prevention purposes, additional verification may be necessary, which will delay your order.
