Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all watches* and accessories* purchased on www.DiscountWatchStore.com may be returned within 90 days from the ship date in their original, unused condition with all the plastic protectors, tags, and original packaging intact for a full refund or exchange. We DO NOT charge restocking fees. Aside from free return condition stated above, buyer pays return postage.
All of our watches and accessories are brand new and are inspected before shipping. When you receive your watch or accessory, please check to make sure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing or removing any tags or protective wrappers. Once a watch has had its tags removed or has been worn or sized (unless it is done so by us), it cannot be returned. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you noticed a mechanical problem, please contact the manufacturer or us (depending on the brand) to have the watch serviced under the warranty. Click here for warranty details. We cannot accept the return of any watch that has been worn or sized under the premise that it was received that way. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working condition before wearing. For Zippo lighters, once the orange "Keep Away from Children" sticker on the back of the lighter is removed or tampered with, it cannot be returned.
Any defect on an unused merchandise must be reported within 14 days of receipt if an exchange or refund is desired. After 14 days, customer must use the warranty that comes with the merchandise.
*Special orders cannot be returned for refund. Special orders are defined as items we do not carry on our site at the time of the purchase. They may be returned for exchange or store credit. Custom items such as photo watches cannot be returned. Any free gift offers must be returned with the purchase intact. If not returned, the price of the gift item will be deducted from the final refund. If gift item is used, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on the item.
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you qualify for free return, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. You must use our return label in order to qualify for free return. We cannot reimburse you for return postage if you use your own label.
Put the RMA# on your invoice/packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box (not the watch box). Include the invoice/packing slip with your return.
Put the watch with all of its original packaging including all manual, warranty, etc., and any gift with purchase in the box.
You can use the carrier of your choice, but make sure you ship it with tracking and insurance. You are responsible for the package until it is received at our facility.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our return department to ensure that they are unworn and retain their original tags, plastic protectors, original packaging, and manual/warranty, etc. before we process your return or exchange request.
Please allow one week after your return is received for the refund or exchange to be processed. Refund will be in the same form as original payment. Please note that any fee paid for expedited service on the original order is non-refundable.
30 DAY INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers have 30 days from date of receipt to return their orders. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all the plastic protectors and tags intact for a full refund less any brokerage/customs fees we have to pay in order to receive your return or for an exchange. Please observe return procedure step 1 and 2 above. International customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please make sure you send the item back via the postal service. Declare the item as a return so no duty tax or customs fee will be assessed when it reaches the USA.

If an international shipment is returned to us due to refusal by the customer, customer is responsible for the actual return shipping fee assessed by the carrier and any duty tax or customs fee that the carrier has paid in advance in order to clear the package through customs in customer's country. These fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We generally ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is verified and confirmed. We offer free standard shipping within the USA including Puerto Rico and APO/DPO/FPO addresses on all orders regardless of value. Typical transit time for standard shipping within the USA is 3 to 7 business days. If you live in more remote locations, please allow an extra day or two. APO/DPO/FPO shipments are shipped via USPS and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. 2 DAY AND NEXT DELIVERY SERVICES are also available to most locations. Note that transit time is calculated based on business days and excludes weekends and holidays. For example, a package shipped on Friday via 2 day service will not be delivered until the following Tuesday assuming neither Monday or Tuesday is a holiday. Expedited shipping rates are calculated in real time in your cart based on your location, weight and value of the package. Orders over $400 will require signature upon delivery. All packages are shipped fully insured and trackable.
We can ship most products internationally. We offer very competitive international shipping rates. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.
Please note that we are unable to ship Citizen branded products outside of the USA. We cannot ship to an international PO Box. Due to fraud and customs issues, we currently do not ship to these countries: Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Chile, Gaza (Palestine), Greece, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nigeria, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, and Ukraine.
International buyers please beware that customs/duty tax and any related brokerage clearance charges are not collected at the time of sales. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. By making a purchase you are agreeing to this condition. Please do not ask us to under declare and item or declare it as a gift as that is against the law. If an order cannot be delivered because buyer refused to pay associated customs/duty tax and related fees, package will be abandoned and no money will be refunded. In the case where the package value is higher than the all the fees, including return postage, customs/duty and related fees combined, then the refund will be what the buyer paid less the original shipping and the combined fees to return the package to us.
